These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Egypt Tile ("we", "our", or "the game") on iOS. By installing or playing the game, you agree to these terms.
Egypt Tile is provided for entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass platform rules, or use the game in a way that violates applicable laws or Apple policies.
Egypt Tile may use Apple Game Center for optional leaderboard features. Your use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's terms, privacy policy, and account settings.
We may remove, ignore, or reset scores that appear to result from cheating, abuse, technical manipulation, or other unfair behavior.
Egypt Tile does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid digital goods.
Egypt Tile, including its gameplay, artwork, audio, text, code, and other content, is owned by TrangTTH or licensed for use in the game. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reuse any part of the game except as allowed by law or with our permission.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game at any time. We do not guarantee that the game or leaderboard features will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrangTTH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game.
Your use of the game is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and make the updated terms available through the game, store listing, or another appropriate location.
